- All hires require a minimum 4-week commitment
- After 4 weeks, hire can continue on a week-to-week basis
What's Included in the Hire
- Full unit (CarePort or Shower Bay)
- All hoses, fittings, and tanks
- Access to our support team for setup guidance and troubleshooting
- Professional delivery, installation, and removal (charged separately)
Delivery, Installation & Removal Costs
- Delivery, setup, and removal are not included in the weekly hire rate.
These fees vary depending on:
- Your location in NSW or the ACT (metro or regional)
- Access within the home (e.g., stairs, narrow doors, placement in bedrooms or living rooms)

How to Hire – Step-by-Step

- Once your hire ends, we’ll schedule a pickup and remove the unit safely and cleanly
